What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (SEPA), direct debit, and credit cards for smaller amounts. Enterprise accounts can arrange custom billing terms.
Are there setup fees?
Setup fees depend on the service and location. Standard DIA in our coverage area typically has no setup fee. Cross-connects and custom deployments may incur one-time costs.
What contract terms do you offer?
Standard contracts are 12 or 24 months with discounts for longer terms. Month-to-month is available at a premium. Enterprise deals can have custom terms.
How does 95th percentile billing work?
We sample your traffic every 5 minutes, discard the top 5% of samples (burst protection), and bill based on the highest remaining sample. This is industry standard for transit.
